Use the filters at the top of a dashboard — Police Area or Police Beat — to limit everything on the page to your part of the city. Not sure of your beat? Locate yourself.

Adjust the timeframe

Change the date filter to focus on the period you care about. Remember the source can lag by up to 90 days.

Click to explore

Any visualization labelled Click to Explore lets you drill into the selected slice and use it as the basis for another chart or a table of individual reports.

Set an alert

From any dashboard you can subscribe to an email digest for a filter you have set — for example every report within half a mile of an address, weekly.

Full screen

Each embedded dashboard has an Open full screen link. Use it on a phone, where the full dashboard has more room for maps and filters.
